An NFL moneyline (also written money line) is a bet on who wins the game. No spread. No total. Team A or Team B at a posted price.
That is the free market we use on the NFL hub: one Pick of the Week when the number clears, graded flat 1u on the NFL record.

What you are buying
| Piece | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Market | Game moneyline |
| Side | Named team to win |
| Price | American odds at the book we recorded |
| Stake (here) | Flat 1u — flat unit betting in the NFL |
“I love the Chiefs this year” is not a moneyline bet. A bet needs a side and a price.
Odds to implied probability
Same conversion as any American-odds sport:
- Favorite (−150): implied ≈ `150 / (150 + 100)` = 60%
- Dog (+150): implied ≈ `100 / (150 + 100)` = 40%
Edge is model win chance minus that implied number (after you respect vig). Full shared math: what is moneyline edge. Football model write-up: how an NFL betting model works.
Why we free-post moneyline, not the whole board
Spreads and totals are real markets. They are also easier to turn into tip-site volume. A public weekly card stays auditable when every free play is the same ticket type.
Rest of the model card can still exist for Pro. The free play stays one moneyline when it clears.
How our free NFL moneyline works
- One official weekly card (Thu–Mon window)
- Free Pick of the Week only if it clears 52%+ model win chance and 3%–10% edge
- Posted line is the grade line
- Empty weeks are valid
Home field is real and usually priced. Background: NFL home field advantage.
Checklist before you bet
- Confirm it is game ML, not a teaser or parlay leg salad.
- Note the book and line you are actually getting.
- Size flat 1u if you are following our card.
